I started attending Sue’s Zumba class over 4 years ago. Initially I was very nervous but soon found the classes to be lots of fun and I quickly felt I had more energy, I found everyone to be really friendly and Sue was especially welcoming. Sue started running other classes including Veraflow and Toning which I was keen to join from my experience of Zumba. I am often asked which class I prefer but they are all so different and have their own benefits, I just love them all. Sue is such as positive person, she gives her own time to arrange lots of fun activities including weekends away and afternoon teas to name a few. For me personally, I don’t know what I would have done without Sue and her classes. She has given me her time and dedication which has helped me so much. I have met so many lovely ladies at these classes and events that I am now lucky to call friends.

I have been going to Zumba classes on Monday’s for over 5 years. I love going to them as they are fun, friendly and non repetitive. Sue changes the music and routines regularly. I tried going to the gym, but it was so boring in comparison and when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 years ago I was able to still do these classes although I cannot manage to jump or hop anymore. I have also been doing Sue’s Veraflow class for over a year now and absolutely love it. I would describe it as gentle stretching exercise crossed with yoga and Thai chi. It really helps my bad back.

Sue is a great teacher and her classes are really fun and up lifting. They are a great workout and suitable for all levels. The music is brilliant and varied mix including salsa, merengue, pop, Bollywood and she regularly updates it so there’s always a new tune to look forward too! I’ve been going for 6 years and even after moving to Rayleigh, I make the trip to her classes in Stock as I would miss them too much! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been going along to Sue’s Zumba classes since 2005 - a few years ago! Sue is a brilliant teacher, she makes the classes fun whilst ensuring you are moving in the correct way to achieve the best results. The classes are aimed at all ages and abilities. Sue stresses that you should exercise at a level which suits you. There is no expectation to keep up with everyone else, you just do what feels right to you. It definitely makes a difference to my body shape and I really notice it if I have had to miss a class or two. It’s a great way to start the week and with a friendly group of ladies, I always come away feeling good.

I really enjoy your Zumba classes - they are lively and fun set to very enjoyable music, while still making sure we are all well exercised. The variety of different routines, plus the steady introduction of new ones, keeps it interesting and I look forward to every class without exception. I was a but apprehensive when I started last year, but was soon absorbed into the routines, starting at my own pace. I would recommend Sue’s classes to anyone, regardless of age- indeed it is nice to see a refreshing mix of different age groups in the class . Sue’s enthusiasm and encouragement is motivation and appreciated by everyone in the class.

I’ve been attending Sue’s Monday Zumba class since October 2013 and enjoy it as much now or possibly more than I did then/ It does’t matter if you are young or old, fit or not, or have two left feet, Sue doesn’t judge - but points you in the right direction. She encourages every one of us to have the belief that we can exercise and have fun, which we do. Monday morning is definitely worth getting up for!
